Cancellation Policy

Here at YGFBFKitchen - we understand things may happen! Although not ideal - some events - disasters - reasons beyond your control - may happen that you may have to cancel your event with us. In this instance - if you would like to cancel your event - Here is our Cancellation Policy:

  • The "Catered Services Fee" can and only change if the # of guest increase after the deposit has been paid.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions.

  • In the event of natural causes (ie. Government mandate shut down, national pandemics and natural causes beyond Caterer control) deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduled dates will be allowed.

  • Payments towards balance can be made via Invoice in Email, Cash App [$YGFBFKITCHEN], Cash, or Money Order. We do not accept Personal Checks.

  • If Client requests cancellation of the Contract 90 days or more before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 35% percent of the payments made to the account.

  • If Client requests cancellation 45-89 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 45% percent of the payments made to the account.

  • If Client requests cancellation 31-44 days before the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 50% percent of the payments made to the account.

  • If Client requests cancellation 30 days or below in advance of the Event, Caterer shall be entitled to 100% percent of the payments made to the account.

  • ***COVID-19 UPDATE*** If Client Request cancellation - for any reason AND Caterer & Client have not rescheduled their date - Caterer shall be entitled to 65% percent of the payments made to the account. If Client Request Cancellation after Caterer has rescheduled date once - Caterer shall be entitled to 100% of the payments made to the account.

Resolution of Disputes

​The Parties agree to not post any negative information about the other arising out of this Event on any online forum or website without providing advance written notice of the intended content thereof, and providing the other party with an opportunity to resolve any issues between the parties amicably.
